CONTACTS for
Wildlife and Vertebrate Pest Problems in Maine
1. Many towns have a
municipal
animal control officer you can reach by calling the town office
or the non-emergency number for your local police.

For
homeowner questions and problems
with raccoons, deer, birds, coyotes, bears, bats, fox, or moose
(especially when a game species is involved): Call the nearest
